Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times'

Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout.​ Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to be updated.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost, please reach out to the carrier for assistance or file a claim.
